Have questions about our services?

We can design stunning embroidery to set your products and organizations out from the competition using the most up-to-date digitizing software and cutting-edge embroidery equipment.

What is embroidery?

Embroidery is a ‘Thread Art’ of a sewn decorative work of fabric in which artwork, designs, emblems, logo, letters etc. are created by stitching strands of threads on to a layer of another material using hand or machine needlework. Machine embroidery is commonly used for creative work on individual pieces and mass-produced clothing products.

Is embroidery better than screen printing?

Embroidery adds a professional touch to your product that printing can’t match. Your outfit sends the proper message with a more luxurious appearance. The greatest quality for your design is by embroidering your corporate logo or message into an article of clothing. Embroidery is great for creating logos on thick apparel such as polo shirts and hats. Embroidery is durable and long-lasting. Embroidery may seem a more expensive option than traditional printing, but its longevity is cost-effective.

FAQs

What items can be embroidered?

Any item that can be penetrated by a needle, hooped, or fit onto the machine. Natural fabrics with a tight weave, like cotton, linen, silk and wool, are the best fabrics for machine and hand embroidery. Their construction ensures a sturdy surface that easily supports decorative stitching

Is there a limit to how many colors I can use?

As many as the machine has needles. Most single-head machines have 12 needles. That is our standard needle count.

Can I have one or two items done?

Absolutely. We don’t have minimum runs. We do offer discounts per garment for larger quantities of the same design and color.

How long will it take to get my items finished?

We run on a first-come-first served basis. It does not matter if you have 1 item or 500 items. If you have a rush order, we do charge a rush fee of $50.

Is there a set up fee every time I want items embroidered?

If you are using the same artwork/logo: we save the digitized art on file to be used again without limits. But if you want the size of your logo/artwork changed by more than +/- 10% it may need to be re-digitized (see digitizing cost in FAQ #1). We save all sizes and versions of your art for future use.

Can you design the logo or art?

Yes we do offer logo design. You can provide examples of other logos you like, colors, fonts, or a logo that needs redesigned. Our graphic artist , meets with you (in person or zoom) to discuss your vision and provides the logos in every form needed (JPEG, PNG, Vector, PDF, etc.) Logo design services start at $99.

Can I get my favorite sports teams, cartoons, or beer logo embroidered on my item?

No, because of trademark and copyright infringements we will not embroider or digitize any design that you do not have the rights to.

How do I make a return?

Because of the nature of custom embroidery, we are not able to accept returns on customized items. However, if there is an error due to our mistake, we will replace the item or correct it to your satisfaction.

Carry In – Own Items

Additional Information

Quality Image Embroidery takes great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction, however embroidery is a mechanical process and there is a small chance of damage occurring to items being embroidered, although such occurrences are very rare. As a result, we can only accept “own items” for embroidery on the understanding that:

Quality Image Embroidery is not liable for replacing or repairing any third party “own items” supplied by the client that are damaged during the embroidery process.

Quality Image Embroidery reserves the right to refuse “own items” that we deem to be unsuitable for the embroidery process.

The client is responsible for ensuring their own items are free from any defects and flaws prior to delivery/drop-off.

Embroidery can be an imperfect process and in rare cases the impact of thread being embroidered from our machines can cause certain materials to pucker, bow, or wrinkle.

Any requests for embroidery to be removed, re-done, or refunded will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Please be assured that Quality Image Embroidery will make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with your embroidery order.
